Mark your calendar for the 2021 MAHPERD annual conference.  We have a contract in place with the Samoset and we will monitor state guidelines and the status of COVID along the way to determine if we can meet in person.  The MAHPERD board will also be exploring a hybrid conference option in addition to or instead of meeting in person.

For budget purposes, we have prepared this info to share with you:

MAHPERD Conference Registration (which includes your $50 professional membership for 2022)

Early bird discount if you register by October 28,2021 - $145

Registration after October 28, 2021 - $155

Samoset Lodging (prices remain the same as 2019)

$131 plus tax per night for a single or double room

$304 plus tax per night for suites

Meals: these are anticipated fees and subject to change once we get pricing from the Samoset

Sunday Banquet Dinner - $30

Monday Lunch - $16 (with support from MAHPERD)

 Monday Dinner - $30

Monday & Tuesday Breakfast - $21 each
